Yes. After the design freeze we quote a fixed price covering design, permits, factory build, delivery, setting, and finishing. Changes you request afterwards are quoted separately — nothing else moves.
Yes. Our homes are permanent, warrantied structures that mainstream lenders finance like any new build. We supply the plans, specs, and warranty documents your lender needs.
